Vertafore, Inc. Names Ed Roshitsh as New Senior Vice President
Proven Sales Leader to Join Vertafore as Head of Sales and Enterprise Operations

Bothell, WA – March 13, 2006–Vertafore, Inc., the leading provider of specialized software services and information for the property and casualty insurance industry, today named Ed Roshitsh as senior vice president, sales and enterprise operations. The initiatives that Roshitsh will oversee include driving sales strategy and penetration into existing markets and expansion into new markets, and executing world-class customer support to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction within enterprise accounts.

Most recently, Roshitsh held the position of vice president of worldwide sales at Blackbaud in Charleston, South Carolina. At Blackbaud, Ed was responsible for Worldwide Sales, International Operations and the Blackbaud Training Division. Under Ed's leadership, the sales team grew revenue from $83 million in 2001 to over $155 million in 2005. As a key member of the Executive Committee, Ed helped shape future strategic direction at Blackbaud, and participated in taking the company public in June, 2004. Prior to Blackbaud, Ed was Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Services for Data Processing Sciences Corporation (DPS), culminating a ten year period of successive sales career positions at DPS as he helped grow software and services revenues for this networking-equipment and software company.
